OH NO I HAS MORE. Some Gaetana gesture stuff here. I've decided she's the best cat to do gesture from in my house, because she actually does things sometimes (unlike Marigold) and when she does, she's not all in your face to the point where you can't draw (Like Freyja)

Some wolfs (YES WOLFS i spk englesh good) that I never finished.

Martens. Beech marten and pine marten and omg I love drawing martens lately.

And I wanted to draw something cute. Not necessarily for valentine's day. It just turned out that way.

I liked the female's design, and it occurred to me that my middle name, Martine, would be a good name for a marten. :| So here you go. I was going to turn it into a character sheet but I ran out of time before we HAD TO GO TO THE LIBRARY and might just end up doing one in Photoshop instead. If that's even necessary. Character designs! That I actually like! Trying to design some lions that didn't have ridiculous amounts of TLK influence. I wonder if it worked. Also a civet and an update of the ugly hyena that I posted in my first post here.

Yes I am still writing my crazy little notes in Spanish. And Italian too, but more Spanish lately.

Civets.

I don't actually like this. Melissa Etheridge lyrics on the side-- I've broken my ban on music in English. XDFor life drawing. We went to the MIA (minneapolis institute of Arts) and drew the doryphoros we have here. He is not in good shape. :|||

Doryphoros from above, with some Gaetana gesture I did later.
Marten . I really struggle with back legs, especially from the rear view. >( also more work on that "cat people" concept. I kind of like how that one turned out.
Sketches copied from photos of martens to try and work out their face shape, which I have to say is a little tough.MARTENS AGAIN WTF I AM ADDICTED?!~
Also experimentation with anthro canine-me. IDK at this point.
Alex. Is singing Evita. In Spanish. XD Because he is just out of control.

~NO LLORES POR MI ARGENTINA~
As a nerd I find it hilarious that the song is so obviously in European Spanish... even though... the story is in Argentina. :|

A lion and a civet. One of the older ones that I couldn't really upload before. I was watching TLK in Spanish and taking notes on certain phrases that struck me. As potentially useful and stuff. Which is what that's about, if you're curious.
An otter, an ugly something (I honestly don't know), a cat, and a ferret. :D I do like the otter.
LIONBOY! Is a great series of books. Read them, seriously. They're just clever. And the blocks of Italian in the second book don't hurt either.

Sergio and Primo. Sergio is awesome. >]
Yeah, no. I actually don't like weasels whatsoever. Nope. Nor civets.

Attempting more character design. I really, really like the ermine's design. It's just so FUN and outside of my Disney-realistic comfort zone.

And this guy, that I wanted to upload but didn't get to. Who looks like Scar and that needs to change. I like the idea for his design but I need to figure out how to draw a pointy effeminate cat-guy that doesn't look like Scar.

You know what is awesome about your updates? THEY'RE GENEROUS.
I love that there's so much to look at at once, although it is making me spazz out a little.

And it is very nice indeed that you draw weasels and martens and various other long animals with pointy faces so good. I looooooove weasels etc. and they're especially good Vekke-style.
My favourite of all of these is probably the inked and coloured ermine one. <3
